A cookie is a small file your browser stores when you visit a website. Session storage works the same way but is erased when you close the tab. Some are essential for the website to work; the others are only set with your consent.

Always active: without them the website cannot work. They do not require your consent (Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive).

• sb-…-auth-token — Auto Ventura (Supabase): keeps you signed in to your account; session length, renewed while you stay signed in;
• ad_consent — App Detailing: remembers your cookie choices; 6 months;
• booking in progress (session storage) — App Detailing: keeps your selection during a booking; erased when you close the tab;
• __cf_bm — Cloudflare: tells visitors from bots and protects the website; 30 minutes.

• locale — App Detailing: remembers the language you chose for your next visits; 1 year.

If you refuse them, the website offers your browser’s language on each visit.

No analytics cookies (Google Analytics or other), no advertising cookies, no social-media pixels (Meta, TikTok…), no session-recording tools. If this ever changes, we will ask for your consent again before enabling them.

The deposit is paid on Stripe’s secure page. Stripe sets its own cookies there, needed for payment security and fraud prevention, under its own policy (stripe.com/privacy).

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject all or choose by category — rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or with the button at the top of this one. Your choice is kept for 6 months; we then ask again.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; with necessary cookies blocked, signing in and booking no longer work.
